Shipping
We ship anywhere in the US, with 2 weeks of processing time before shipping. Shipping is calculated by USPS rates for your location at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of ordering for a full refund; after 3 days custom orders can't be canceled.
Returns and exchanges
No returns on handmade custom items. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, we'll remake it or refund it.
